The PISA Policy Research Project analyzes PISA 2018 and 2022 datasets to understand how school conditions relate to student learning outcomes. The process owner is ECAIR's Research and Policy workstream, working with DepEd policy stakeholders who translate research into briefs, planning inputs, or reform options. ECAIR's role is to conduct the analysis and shape it into decision-oriented evidence.
Exploratory analysis and preliminary modeling are complete, and the work continues toward translating the findings into a decision-oriented paper or briefing that can inform planning and policy.
