TANGLAW, the Talent Analytics for Navigating Growth, Learning, Assessment, and Workforce advancement, is a workforce and qualifications mapping effort connecting education pathways to labor-market integration. Early work focused on a prototype around NCAE and a methodology for mapping CHED programs to DOLE occupations. Its public value is helping education and workforce stakeholders understand how learner pathways connect to qualifications and labor-market opportunities.
TANGLAW supports EDCOM II reform themes on learner pathways, lifelong learning, and education-workforce alignment. It aligns with Q-BEDP priorities on transition planning and learner pathways, and with Philippine Development Plan goals on skills, employment, and human capital development.
The process owners are Philippine Qualifications Framework stakeholders, with the PQF team and related workforce partners involved. ECAIR's role is to prototype and test mapping methods that could support a clearer receiving use case.
The project has progressed from concept to an NCAE prototype, with continued work to clarify the receiving use case and how TANGLAW can best support education and workforce partners.
