TALINO

A geospatial dashboard that maps school infrastructure needs and helps match schools with Adopt-A-School donors nationwide.

TALINO Adopt-A-School geospatial dashboard

TALINO, Tracking Adoption Locations and Infrastructure Network Operations, is a geospatial dashboard that maps school infrastructure needs and helps match schools with Adopt-A-School donors nationwide. It gives DepEd teams and partners a clearer view of where needs are greatest and where support can be directed. Its public value is making partnership mobilization more transparent, localized, and responsive to school-level infrastructure gaps.

TALINO supports EDCOM II reform themes on infrastructure, partnerships, and resource mobilization. It aligns with Q-BEDP priorities on school infrastructure and enabling learning environments, PREXC needs for partnership and facilities support, and Philippine Development Plan priorities on public-private collaboration.

The Adopt-A-School Program Secretariat and GASS are the process owners and primary partners of ECAIR in TALINO. The Center's primary role is to build and harden the geospatial dashboard and matching workflow for public demonstration and operational use.

TALINO is live and has been placed on a delivery track with OASSM coordination and anticipated support for public demonstration.
